Day One: Here Comes the Buy Or Sell in Virginia Blog!

Here is the first post for our website, www.buyorsellinvirginia.com .  Why blog? Because we don't want a run of the mill real estate website, we want it to be more personal and just more unique.  By the way, the "we" in we is me - Tammy Goddard, daughter, Realtor and assistant extraordinaire to Toni McIntyre.  And there's Toni.  She is a great real estate talent, but a little less brilliant at the web stuff.  That's where I come in.
