Toni and I have gotten back from a fabulous Real Estate Coaching event in San Diego. It was with an amazing coaching program with Brian Buffini. We were with about 5000 of the best and brightest realtors, brokers and lenders. It was a blast. Buffini's philosophy is simple - all about balance - in your personal and your business life. To remember that life is short and its not about having "stuff" - more about appreciating our clients and in turn, hoping our clients will appreciate and value us enough to refer us to their friends and families if the opportunity arises. Well, working for my mom, Toni, and of course, being her daughter for 34 years, I know and have seen she makes EVERYONE in her life family. She calls many of our clients "my kids". It's funny. But doing quality and ethical service to our clients is what makes our clients refer us to their f/f. It's a very wonderful and gratifying thing to experience.
So, about San Diego....wow...I was away from my husband and kids, and got to spend some quality time with my mom. We laughed a lot. We visiting Coronado Island and the infamous, world-renowned Hotel Del.
